ANPR and LPR
ANPR, also called LPR, converts an image of a license plate into data that can be checked against authorization lists, recorded and linked to barriers, appointments or alerts.
Reading accuracy depends on the plate occupying enough pixels, having a controlled angle and receiving adequate lighting. A wide-angle surveillance camera may not be suitable for reliable recognition.
Coverage in Argentina: TECA designs and integrates projects for businesses, industries, institutions and distributed operations in Buenos Aires and other regions of Argentina.

Open barriers or trigger alerts according to allowlists, blocklists or expected vehicles.
Records of vehicle entries, exits, dwell times and sequences.
Search by license plate, time, camera or related event.
Important limitation: No system recognizes 100% of plates in all conditions. Dirt, damage, reflections, speed and extreme angles can reduce accuracy.
Yes, using compatible recognition engines and a capture scene designed for local plates and conditions.
Yes, when the plate matches an authorization and configured rules are met.
It can record entries, exits, dwell time and lists, and integrate with parking management systems.
Reliability may decrease; that's why controlled capture and a validation procedure for exceptions are essential.
