2. Data processed

The website may process data voluntarily supplied through forms or contact channels: reason for inquiry, phone number, email address and description of requirements. Technical logs needed for server security and operation may also exist.

• Protect the website and prevent abuse or fraud.

4. Legal basis and consent

Data entered in the form are used to address the data subject's request and, where applicable, on the basis of consent provided. The information will not be used for purposes incompatible with those stated.

Data will be kept for the period needed to respond to inquiries, maintain commercial or contractual relationships, comply with statutory periods and defend rights, applying data minimization and deletion where appropriate.

7. Data subject rights in Argentina

Data subjects may request information, access, updating, correction and deletion under Law 25,326 and its regulations. Requests must allow the identity of the applicant to be verified and specify the right they wish to exercise.

8. Marketing communications

Promotional communications will not be made in violation of applicable laws. Phone or messaging campaigns must comply, where applicable, with obligations associated with Argentina's National Do Not Call Registry.

9. Transfers and providers

When technology providers process data on TECA's behalf, appropriate contractual terms and security measures must be in place. Any international transfer must be assessed under applicable law and the destination country.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

The base version of the website does not set its own advertising cookies. If analytics, maps, embedded videos, pixels or advertising tools are added, consent management must be implemented in line with the processing actually performed.

11. Argentine legal framework considered

This policy is structured primarily around Personal Data Protection Law 25,326, Implementing Decree 1558/2001, guidance and rules of the Agency for Access to Public Information and, for promotional telephone or messaging communications where applicable, Law 26,951 on the National Do Not Call Registry.

12. Updates

The policy may be updated when processing activities, providers or legal requirements change. The version date must remain visible when substantial changes are published.
